Team Xspark has made a pivotal decision by bidding farewell to their IGL (In-Game Leader), Pukar, as they gear up for the competitive cycle of 2023. This strategic move is part of a broader initiative to rejuvenate the team for the upcoming 2024 season.

Pukar's tenure with Team XSpark was marked by significant contributions, leading the BGMI squad since early 2023. Under his guidance, the team made it to the finals of numerous official and unofficial events, although victories eluded them. Despite the lack of major wins, Pukar's leadership was pivotal in navigating through the competitive landscape. However, with an average performance recently, the team's owner, Tanmay "Scout OP" Singh, acknowledged the need for change to meet the high standards set by the team and its supportive fan base.

The departure of Pukar is not the only change for Team XSpark. Earlier, they also parted ways with their assaulter, Aditya, signaling a significant shift in the team's composition. Aditya's exit was a mutual decision aimed at benefiting both the player and the team. Following his departure, he joined GodLike, now led by his former IGL, Jelly.

This period also saw Spraygod's addition to Team XSpark, a move that has brought new dynamics to the team. The synergy among team members, a crucial aspect of competitive success, has been a focus for the team over the past three years since Spraygod's inclusion.

With these changes, Team XSpark is not just bidding farewell to a chapter but also stepping into a new era. We will have to see how the team continues to evolve in the future.
