Rapper Lil Wayne to host 'Street Fighter 6' Showcase Event

Lil Wayne will give an "extended final look" at Capcom's new combat game Street Fighter 6 next week, the company has announced. 

Next week, starting at 3 PM PDT on April 20, 2023 (3:30 AM IST on April 21st), there will be an Official livestream on YouTube where we will discover a lot more about Street Fighter 6. Surprisingly, the event will be hosted by rapper Lil Wayne, who can be heard speaking in the video posted on the Twitter handler of Street Fighter as well as on the Official PlayStation YouTube Channel. In addition to some big announcements, he promises "new ways to fight, crazy new game modes." 

The most recent appearances of Street Fighter 6 revealed Zangief, Cammy, and the brand-new character Lily as the game's final launch roster additions. Limited-time beta testing for the game have also gotten excellent reviews. The fighting game community as a whole appears to be quite enthusiastic about the Street Fighter 6 game.

On June 2, 2023, Street Fighter 6 will be released for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
