Launched in December 2022, Genius Invokation TCG revolutionizes the traditional card game experience by infusing it with Genshin Impact's iconic element-based combat system. This unique blend has captured the hearts of players globally, leading to the event's inception. Inspired by both official tournaments like Astra Carnival: The Prince Cup and community-driven events such as the Cat's Tail Gathering in 2023, Genius Invokation TCG is not just a game – it's a spectacle of strategy and skill.

Taking place in Shanghai from the 11th to the 21st of January, the Asia Invitational has brought together 16 of the most skilled players from various regional tournaments. These competitors, having proven their mettle in the Dynamic Cup and other qualifiers, are now set to battle it out in a series of intense matches.

The event is divided into two main phases: the group stage and the knockout stage. The group stage, a series of best-of-three matches, is currently underway and will conclude on the 14th of January. The top performers from this phase will then advance to the knockout stage, featuring more intense best-of-five matches, culminating in a best-of-seven finale on January 21.

With a lucrative prize pool of $69,900, the stakes couldn't be higher. Participants are not only competing for the substantial monetary reward but also the prestigious title of Genius Invokation TCG Asia Invitational Champion.

To cater to its global fanbase, the tournament is being live-streamed on various platforms including YouTube, Twitch, and Genshin Impact's official Twitch channel. This accessibility underscores Genshin Impact's commitment to its esports community and ensures that fans worldwide can witness every thrilling moment of the competition.

Adding to the excitement, the release of Genshin Impact's Version 4.3 update has brought new cards, NPCs, and duel modes to the game. These ongoing updates reflect the developers' dedication to keeping the game dynamic and engaging for players and spectators alike.
