Play On Challenge, A Free Fire tournament is here, thanks to a partnership between Google and Garena that came to life on Wednesday. The tournament will be region exclusive to the country of Brazil. It starts on the 12th of December and will be live-streamed on the official YouTube channel of Free Fire Brazil. The event will also see some of the most popular content creators including the insanely famous Free Fire player Bruno "Nobru" Goes.

12 best teams of the country are handpicked by Google and Garena themselves to participate in this grand event. The choosings are made on players’ region, gender, and race, to represent the diversity of the Free Fire community in Brazil. Play On Challenge for Brazil marks the third country to receive the challenge. Previously, Taiwan and South Korea were the ones who got served in 2019.

Because Google owns this particular project, the tournament will not be live-streamed on Garena's streaming platform BOOYAH!. The event's prize pool was not disclosed, for the time being, however, more precise details will be out by the organisers in the coming days as the event commences within less than a month.
