The organisation announces its latest move with the introduction of Collegiate. The League will feature three popular titles - League of Legends, Valorant and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Combining the three, a total of $55,000 prize pool is up for grabs. However, the event is restricted only to collegiate esports athletes.

The CS:GO tournament will be called as the CS:GO Premier League and it will carry a ten-week Swiss bracket regular season. Once the bracket is concluded, playoffs and Finals will be followed. Also, this tournament boasts the lion’s share of the prize pool, which is $25,000.

The LoL tournament will be hosted in the name of The League of Legends Invitational Series and it will follow a new structure that is one of it's kind as there will be the state and provincial qualifiers. Heading further, they will seed into Regional Invitationals that reward $5000 for each in the prize. The best talents from the regional will have an opportunity to participate in the Collegiate FACEIT Finals for an additional $10,000 winning.

The Valorant edition, ’Valorant Premier League’ will be an easy-going tournament with $10,000 prize pool.

Duran Parsi, Head of Collegiate Esports added a few words with the introduction of FACEIT Collegiate division, “The North American leagues are only the beginning, and we have many more plans involving schools and esports collegiate clubs around the world to help provide resources and a platform to support their own internal events to help grow gaming communities on campus. The collegiate scene is an important component for the whole competitive ecosystem and we are looking forward to starting these new programs within three of the most exciting esport circuits in North America.”
