BGMI reportedly to Receive an Unban soon for 90 days
The game will be under close observation during the unban period.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), according to sources who discussed with News18 on the subject, is anticipated to unwind the ban on the well-known mobile Battle Royale game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) for a time frame of three months.
Some of the senior officials claim that MeitY will soon provide a provisional clearance that will lift the restriction on the online game across all app distribution channels. Although the removal of the prohibition is fantastic news for gamers, there are certain restrictions.
The game will be allowed to be played again over a 90-day period so that its effect on players can be examined and reevaluated, as was previously stated. Authorities will be looking out for any violations of the regulations governing online gaming, so if one is found, the game could possibly right be banned.
Additionally, there are reports about minor censorship, like blood colour variations have been applied. While shooting at opponents, green rather than red blood will splash. Earlier game versions included this option but had to be manually activated. However, it will be enabled by default after the unban. The source also revealed that there would be a time limit on playtime hours, so players won't be able to play the game endlessly like they could in the past.
Given the potential national security risks, the game was previously prohibited by Section 69A of the IT Act, 2000.
