Apple Slashes Epic Games Ability To Issue Patch Updates On Mac
Fortnite: Save the World will be no longer available for MacOS Fortnite players.

The legal battle between Apple and Epic games has only been building up. Apple is now stopping Epic Games to issue new patch updates for Fortnite on Mac computers.
Because of this, Fortnite: Save the World will be no longer available to play on the platform after September 23rd. Pushing out the update now or before September 23rd will cause a lot of bugs making this update a “very poor experience” for Mac Players.
Apple is preventing us from distributing games on Mac which ends our ability to develop Fortnite: Save the World for the platform. Beginning September 23, 2020, Save the World will no longer be playable on Mac.
