Apex Legends: Esports Autumn Circuit Announced With A Massive Prize Pool!
Electronic Arts (EA) has revealed Apex Legends: Autumn Circuit esports tournament which will feature a massive prize pool of $500,000!

The Autumn Circuit will kick start from October 3rd, commencing the first regional qualifiers. It will continue till December wherein last play-offs will be played & the grand finale will take place on December 20th wherein champions will be crowned just before Christmas.
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, this circuit will happen online. As a result of this, EA has decided to expand its reach and plan regional matches looping in Oceania and SEA. EA is still sticking to the plan that they had announced last year for Apex Legends Global Series.
Apex Legends Esports scene is turning out to be in pretty good shape considering that had over 2,000 squads competing for a slot in the Summer Circuit Playoffs.
John Nelson Apex Legends Global Series Commissioner said: “Early on, we pledged $3 million in prize money for the duration of the ALGS and the Autumn Circuit’s $500k prize pool is part of our commitment to seeing that through. The pandemic has required that we shift our Global Series plans to ensure the safety of everyone involved in competitions and broadcasts, for at least 2020, to online only. We created an entirely cloud-based production system that has been in place since March. Just like our competitive rulesets and Apex Legends itself, we’ve adapted to feedback and learnings very quickly so that Apex Legends esports can continue to grow despite the absence of offline events.”
A commendable move by EA, sticking to their commitment, doing good for the esports scene plus including more regions in the circuit. Apex Legends competitive scene seems to be in pretty good shape!
